Dear Design ry is an association founded in Turku, which provides sales fairs in the Turku district for artisans and craftsmen. We want to specifically focus on rookies and up-and-comers in the crafting industry. Also we wish to support crafts in the broadest possible way including textiles, ceramics, wood work, art, other kind of designs, etc., you name it! Our sales fairs are organized in a friendly atmosphere in the heart of Turku bringing arts and crafts straight to the people.
The first Dear Design fair was organized in autumn 2012, and the rave it got surprised us all! We hosted twenty fabulous craftsmen from Turku, and because of the success, Dear Design is back.
The next Dear Design fair will be organized 3.5.2013, when old and new artisans and craftsmen are brought to the center of Turku at Hansakortteli. This year all participants are required to fill out an application form. If you wish to have the form in English, please contact us via email.
